Snowflake Data Engineer (AWS, DevOps, Vulnerability Management, Python, SQL)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Data Engineer with strong experience across AWS data platforms, DevOps, Python scripting, SQL performance tuning, and vulnerability/security management. This role ensures the Snowflake environment remains secure, cost‑efficient, high‑performing, and compliant, while also contributing to cloud‑based automation and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Snowflake Administration: Configure, optimize, and maintain Snowflake warehouses, databases, schemas, stages, tasks, streams, and Snowpipe.
• Administer Snowflake RBAC, Row/Column Level Security, masking policies, secure views, and encryption standards. Conduct continuous performance tuning, query profiling, and warehouse optimization.
• Implement and monitor credit usage, cost‑governance, and resource monitors. Oversee data retention, backup, failover, and disaster recovery planning.
• Support Snowflake deployments, version control, and environment automation.

Security & Vulnerability Management Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing platform security reviews, access audits, and vulnerability assessments across Snowflake
