Senior Integration Architect / Technical Lead
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Integration Architect who will serve as the authoritative technical leader and trusted advisor for our client. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise integration platforms and operates as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating strategic objectives into scalable, compliant, and future-ready integration solutions. This role will act as the senior offshore anchor, driving architecture, influencing client decisions, and establishing strong technical credibility across programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and govern the end-to-end integration architecture across enterprise systems
- Lead solution design using SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, influencing architecture decisions and integration strategy
- Anchor and lead offshore integration teams across multiple initiatives, ensuring design and delivery excellence
- Collaborate closely with client architect teams to define scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions
- Lead architecture forums, design workshops, and technical steering committees, driving decision-making and governance
- Drive thought leadership, innovation, and POCs to modernize integration capabilities
- Establish and enforce integration standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience with strong focus on integration architecture and enterprise platforms
- Proven expertise in SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior business and IT stakeholders and drive alignment
- Strong experience in client-facing roles within offshore delivery models
- Experience supporting commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, CRM ecosystems)
- Excellent executive communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Ability to drive architectural governance and handle complex, large-scale integration landscapes
