Job summary

Wipro is seeking a SME – Managed Router & SD-WAN (Versa Specialist) to join our Pune team on a full-time basis. The role requires 2+ years in networking with Versa SD-WAN expertise and English at B2 level.

The position is office-based in Pune with 24x7 night shifts. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Versa SD-WAN deployments and collaborate with customers and vendors to deliver reliable connectivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in managed router/SD-WAN environments.
• 1+ year in Versa SD-WAN
• Experience with L2/L3 support and network troubleshooting.
• Shift: 24x7 night shaft, work from office in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise WAN and Versa SD-WAN environments.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN solutions.
• Support routing, QoS, IPSec VPN, and WAN services.
• Perform incident resolution, RCA, and service improvements.
• Coordinate with customers, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Create SOPs, knowledge base articles, and mentor team members.
