Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks an o9 SME to act as a regional Supply Planning Expert for AMEA, driving digitalization with low-touch planning and scenario-based decision support. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and guide data governance, master data, and solver optimization to improve planning velocity.

You will coordinate end-to-end testing, train end users, and support governance adoption while collaborating with regional stakeholders and BU teams for sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, analytics, or statistics.
• 3–6 years of multi-market supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Supply Planning SME for regional implementation of o9 solution.
• Lead regional transformation toward low touch, alert-based planning and digitalized scenario planning.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and drive change with cross-functional partners and key users.
• Coordinate data collection, classify scenarios, and generate dimensions for o9 consumption.
• Identify master data, support data governance in BU, and address data issues in solver.

Purpose of the Role

The o9 SME will act as Supply Planning SME for the region to implement the new solution and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. A core element of the role is leveraging their expertise to drive effective improvement in supply planning digitalization with low touch planning, removing process silos and advocating changes in the supply planning user community.

Main Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert in supply planning to facilitate process/technology implementation with Key Users
• Lead the region transformation in way of working for future supply planning vision - low touch alert-based efficient response with digitalized scenario planning capability
• Providing BU stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment and drive the change with x-functional partners and key users.
• Lead the Data collection exercise with BU teams, classify into scenarios and generate dimension and facts for consumption in O9
• Identify and validate Master data where required, support in data governance establishment in BU and support on solver data issues identification
• Lead Plan Quality Validation and perform solver execution, perform RCA , analyse KPI , perform checklist against business requirements and flag issues to partner team.
• Solve Solver related problems with consideration of sustainable and standardized solution representing AMEA
• Responsible for planning functional build & implementation/Working in testing and processes validation
• Document Functional requirements / participate in fit gap analyses with regional functional stream lead
• Create functional/integration test scenarios during SIT with regional SME lead support
• Test/validate unit and integrated processes, based on the test scenarios
• Conduct the BU End Users trainings on Plan Quality Validation and drive change management and adoption governance
• Deep training on the o9 platform in preparation for functional design documentation
• Participate various workshops, committees and cross-functional design sessions

Key Skills required

• Demonstrated business operation understanding and multi-market working of 3 to 6 relevant years of experience.
• Leadership skills and x-functional orchestrating capability under pressure and complex matrix team
• Digital transformation experience is a plus especially advanced planning solutions
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning ideally with experience to implement APS solutions like o9/Kinaxis/OMP/ etc.
• Growth Mindset and high speed learner
• Demonstrated capability of managing a complex situation/project with ambiguities
• Result driven and strong sense of speed of execution to delivery timeline
• Strong stakeholders' management and influencing skills

Educational Qualification:

MBA (Operations/Supply Chain Management)/ Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Supply chain management /Business Analytics/ Statistics or related field
