Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Team Lead for our SME IPO division. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of handling at least 5 successful SME IPOs independently within the last 3 years. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SME IPO team, managing end-to-end IPO processes for clients.
• Structuring the public issue in conformity with the prevailing legal framework and the guidelines issued by the SEBI and the Stock Exchanges.
• Collaborate with issuers, underwriters, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee the preparation of all documentation, due diligence, and compliance requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and strategic advice to clients on IPO readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Foster relationships with investors, stock exchanges, and financial institutions to ensure smooth IPO launches.
• Identify potential SME clients and pitch IPO opportunities to grow the pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks related to SME IPOs.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital markets with specific expertise in SME IPOs.
• Demonstrated success in independently managing at least 5 SME IPOs in the last 3 years.
• Deep understanding of regulatory processes, SEBI guidelines, and listing requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in high-stakes environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field are highly desirable (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA).
