Axis Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the International Voice – Banking process. The role requires a minimum of 1 year SME experience in this domain, with emphasis on banking operations and customer handling. Notice period is immediate; transport is available.

Interview rounds include HR and Operations/Manager rounds. CTC offers a 20–25% hike on the last CTC with a total up to 8 LPA. Candidates with credit card and loan experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SME in an International Voice Banking process.
• Experience in Credit Cards and Loans is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, customer handling and process-related queries.
• Hyderabad-based candidates only.
