Job summary

Windows Consultants in India is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report and general accounting activities, including review of journal entries and accruals. You will perform balance sheet reconciliations, ensure compliance with policies and controls, mentor a team, and coordinate with global stakeholders to keep financial operations smooth.

The role involves supporting month-end and year-end close, driving process improvements, resolving accounting

Qualifications

• End-to-end RTR and General Accounting knowledge.
• Journal entries, accruals and GL processes.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
• Strong adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
• People leadership and mentorship experience.
• Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders.
