Sanctuary is seeking a Smart Home Project Manager to bring wellness-centered technology into our homes. You will manage smart home systems across projects, coordinating with architects, vendors, and the US team to deliver seamless living environments.
The role requires hands-on delivery, high autonomy, and fluent English communication, with opportunities to prototype AI-driven integrations using no-code tools.
Job Description:
Location: Remote, India (flexible hours with U.S. team overlap)
Engagement type: Full-time
Compensation: INR 2,38,250 - INR 2,85,900 per month (based on experience and interview process)
Sanctuary builds nature - led, wellness - centered communities that feel alive. Our first 135-acre residential community in the Texas Hill Country is designed with:
We are a global team (spread across 8 countries) of designers, architects, engineers, and dreamers building spaces that restore and inspire. For us, it’s not just where people live - it’s how they live.
Our vision is to bring Sanctuary to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.
We are hiring a Smart Home Project Manager to bring technology into our homes in a way that supports how people live. You will manage the implementation of smart home systems across our projects - from planning and vendor selection through installation and handover - and use AI tools to prototype integrations, automate workflows, and build internal systems. Internally, we call this role a 'Smart Home VibeKid': someone who can vibe code a working prototype instead of waiting for someone else to build it.
Smart home at Sanctuary looks a little different. Our homes are designed around wellness, so technology has to serve health and comfort - lighting, air and water quality, energy, security - while staying mindful of EMF exposure. You will help decide what goes into our homes, how it all works together, and how residents experience it.
This is not a role for someone who needs close oversight or a fixed playbook. We are looking for someone curious and hands-on, who can test ideas quickly, figure out what's missing, and turn a concept into a working system.
