Sanctuary is seeking a Construction Project Manager who blends traditional PM skills with AI tooling to accelerate schedules, budgets, and contractor coordination. The role sits remote in India, working with a global team and overlap with the U.S.
market. You will build automated reports, dashboards, and workflows to save hours weekly, while coordinating across architecture, procurement, and construction teams.
Job Description:
Location: Remote, India (flexible hours with U.S. team overlap)
Engagement type: Full-time
Compensation: INR 2,38,250 - INR 2,85,900 per month (based on experience and interview process)
Sanctuary builds nature – led, wellness – centered communities that feel alive. Our first 135‑acre residential community in the Texas Hill Country is designed with:
We are a global team (spread across 8 countries) of designers, architects, engineers, and dreamers building spaces that restore and inspire. For us, it’s not just where people live – it’s how they live.
Our vision is to bring Sanctuary to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.
We are hiring a Construction Project Manager who builds with AI. You understand how construction projects run – schedules, budgets, contractors, and site realities – and you use AI and automation tools to run them faster and smarter. Internally, we call this role a "Construction VibeKid": someone who can vibe code the tools a project needs instead of waiting for someone else to build them.
You don't need to be a traditional site engineer, and you don't need to be a software developer. You need to sit in the middle: someone who knows construction project management well enough to spot what's slowing a project down, and is hands‑on enough with AI tools to build the fix – a scheduling tracker, an automated report, a contractor dashboard, or a workflow that saves the team hours every week.
This is not a role for someone who needs close oversight or a fixed toolset. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, and quick to experiment – who can take a messy process, figure out what's missing, and ship a working solution.
