Sanctuary is hiring a Construction Project Manager who builds with AI to run schedules, budgets, and contractor coordination for residential projects. You’ll work remotely from India with flexible hours and occasional overlap with the U.S. team.
You’ll sit in the middle between traditional PM practices and AI tooling, creating scheduling trackers, automated reports, or dashboards that save the team hours each week while staying hands-on with new AI tools.
Job Description:
Location: Remote, India (flexible hours with U.S. team overlap)
Engagement type: Full-time
Compensation: INR 2,38,250 - INR 2,85,900 per month (based on experience and interview process)
Sanctuary builds nature – led, wellness – centered communities that feel alive. Our first 135‑acre residential community in the Texas Hill Country is designed with:
We are a global team (spread across 8 countries) of designers, architects, engineers, and dreamers building spaces that restore and inspire. For us, it’s not just where people live – it’s how they live.
Our vision is to bring Sanctuary to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.
We are hiring a Construction Project Manager who builds with AI. You understand how construction projects run – schedules, budgets, contractors, and site realities – and you use AI and automation tools to run them faster and smarter. Internally, we call this role a "Construction VibeKid": someone who can vibe code the tools a project needs instead of waiting for someone else to build them.
You don't need to be a traditional site engineer, and you don't need to be a software developer. You need to sit in the middle: someone who knows construction project management well enough to spot what's slowing a project down, and is hands‑on enough with AI tools to build the fix – a scheduling tracker, an automated report, a contractor dashboard, or a workflow that saves the team hours every week.
This is not a role for someone who needs close oversight or a fixed toolset. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, and quick to experiment – who can take a messy process, figure out what's missing, and ship a working solution.
