VLCC Clinic in Jaipur seeks a visionary Slimming Head to lead the Slimming & Wellness department, drive technical excellence, sales growth, client satisfaction, and uphold VLCC's high standards.

You will supervise dieticians, doctors, therapists, and gym staff; design personalized programs, ensure SOP-based therapies, monitor outcomes, and mentor a motivated team in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

Positions Supervised: Dieticians, In-house Doctor, Slimming Therapists, Physiotherapists, Gym Instructor, Nurse

Experience: 4–5 years

Education: MSc / PhD in Nutrition & Dietetics (or equivalent)

Role Overview:

The Slimming Head leads the Slimming Department, ensuring technical excellence, sales growth, client satisfaction, and operational compliance. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team and driving superior client outcomes while protecting the value of the VLCC brand.

Skills:

Excellent communication, Sales, Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1) Sales & Business Growth
• Achieve slimming services & product sales targets.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
• 2) Customer Excellence
• Conduct client assessments (diet, medical, fitness) & design programs.
• Ensure DNA Slim & SOP-based therapies are implemented on time.
• Monitor progress, review results, and resolve client concerns.
• Maintain high client regularity & package execution.
• 3) Operations & Compliance
• Oversee equipment, hygiene, consumables, and stock as per SOP.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in systems and registers.
• Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, and physiotherapists for holistic care.
• 4) Team Leadership
• Lead, train, and motivate slimming staff.
• Manage rosters, attendance, and staff productivity.
• Conduct team meetings, resolve grievances, and ensure discipline.
• 5) Engagement & Events
• Plan in-clinic wellness events, group counselling, and motivational activities.
• Share success stories, performance reports, and client outcomes with corporate/area heads.
