Qualifications

Role Description

The Skin and SPMU Trainer will deliver classroom and practical training in skin treatments and semi-permanent makeup (SPMU), ensuring learners gain both theoretical understanding and hands-on proficiency. Responsibilities include planning and structuring training sessions, demonstrating procedures step-by-step, supervising practice work, and providing constructive feedback to help learners meet professional standards. The trainer will maintain updated training materials, adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, and support learners through assessments, mentoring, and exam preparation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rudrapur, requiring regular collaboration with the institute’s academic team to continuously improve curriculum quality and training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong practical expertise in skin care therapies, facial treatments, and basic aesthetic procedures, with the ability to demonstrate and supervise these techniques safely.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in SPMU (such as microblading, lip and eyeliner pigmentation, and correction techniques), including color theory and skin anatomy relevant to SPMU.
• Experience in curriculum delivery and training: lesson planning, classroom management, learner assessment, and effective demonstration methods for beginner and advanced students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex techniques clearly, provide balanced feedback, and motivate diverse groups of learners.
• Commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all training activities, with a strong focus on client care, ethical practice, and professional conduct.
• Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or senior beautician in a recognized institute or salon; teaching certification or trainer experience in the beauty/aesthetics domain is an advantage.
• Relevant professional qualifications in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or cosmetology from an accredited institution; additional certifications in SPMU are highly beneficial.
