Job summary

Optum India is seeking a senior leader to drive Risk & Quality initiatives, leveraging AIML, RPA and process transformation across the enterprise.

The role requires 10+ years in service or BPO environments, an MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt, and strong analytical and communication skills to mentor teams and deliver cost-benefit analyses and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree, MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 institute, with 10+ years of experience.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt; led Black Belt projects and mentored Green Belt/Lean projects.
• Experience in a service or BPO setup in a matrix organization.
• Experience in process diagnostics within enterprise functions.
• Knowledge of AIML, RPA and their applications.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; strong PM tools proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and stateside partners on strategic initiatives (AIML, Process transformation, Technology initiatives) in Risk & Quality capability.
• Identify process transformation and optimization opportunities; drive to completion with business and technology.
• Conduct discovery sessions and feasibility assessments; create cost-benefit analysis and requirement documents.
• Review work in progress and future progress; provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery commitments are met within defined timelines.
• Comply with employment contracts, policies and directives, including shifts, locations and work arrangements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and stateside partners on driving strategic initiatives (AIML, Process transformation, Technology initiatives) in Risk & Quality capability
• Identify process transformation and optimization opportunities, drive those to completion in collaboration with business and technology
• Conduct discovery sessions, feasibility assessments with Tech teams on identified opportunities, create detailed cost benefit analysis and requirement documents
• Conduct reviews of work in progress and anticipated future progress
• Provide progress updates on projects to key stakeholders
• Ensure the delivery commitments are met within defined timelines
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must have a post-graduate degree, preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 Institute, with 10+ years of overall experience
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, must have driven Black Belt projects and mentored Green Belt and Lean projects
• Worked in a service or BPO setup in a matrix organization
• Experience in conducted process diagnostics within enterprise functions
• Good knowledge of advanced technologies such as AIML, RPA and their application
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, proficient in Project Management Tools and Techniques
• Proven solid analytical, communication and presentation skills
