Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Sitecore CMS/.NET Developer to design and develop applications using Sitecore CMS solutions with MVC or SXA, collaborating with internal business users.

The role involves analyzing requirements, estimating feasibility, coding, debugging, unit testing, and troubleshooting Sitecore and third‑party integrations. You will manage release activities across environments, handle user access permissions, and contribute to CMS administration tasks such as workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sitecore CMS in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and MVC patterns.
• Ability to analyze requirements and estimate feasibility.
• Experience with Sitecore SXA is a plus.
• Familiarity with release management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop .NET applications with Sitecore CMS using MVC or SXA.
• Analyze requirements, feasibility, and provide implementation estimates.
• Code, debug, unit test, and troubleshoot Sitecore and third‑party issues.
• Diagnose Sitecore problems and resolve integration issues.
• Perform release management across environments.
• Maintain Sitecore user access permissions across environments.
• Assist with CMS administration: workflows, roles, permissions, reporting, incident management, compliance.
• Translate business requirements into high level features and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Identify alternative solutions and articulate pros and cons.
• Participate in meetings to clarify requirements and confirm design approaches.
• Help business teams create pages and upload documents in Sitecore per requirements.

• Utilize Sitecore CMS solutions to design and develop .Net application with custom MVC or SXA implementation approach.
• Analyze the requirement along with technical feasibility and estimation for implementation of requests within the stipulated time.
• Involve in coding, debugging, unit testing and troubleshooting issues during the development of project.
• Diagnose and resolved problems related to Sitecore and third-party software integrated.
• Perform release management activities on all environments.
• Maintain user access permissions in Sitecore CMS across environments.
• Help with bulk updates using Sitecore PowerShell Extensions (SPE) for efficiency.
• Help with requirements for CMS Administration e.g., Workflow, roles, permissions, reporting, incident management, compliance and more.
• Analyzing and translating business and user requirements into high level Features and detailed user stories with Acceptance Criteria.
• Identify and present alternative solutions to solve business needs by articulating the pros and cons of various approaches.
• Participating in internal and customer meetings to clarify requirements, formulate design approaches and confirm that they meet the business needs.
• Help the business teams to create different pages, upload Products, datasheets, etc. in Sitecore based on the requirements.
