Job summary

RRD is seeking an experienced Sitecore/.NET developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Sitecore components and headless implementations. You will drive backend configurations, templates, and data models while ensuring seamless front-end delivery via React/Next.js with Headless SXA and XM Cloud.

You will optimize GraphQL/REST APIs for efficient data access, manage Sitecore serialization and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and troubleshoot complex caching and performance issues in

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Sitecore and C#/.NET development in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Sitecore Headless/JSS, Headless SXA, and XM Cloud.
• Strong GraphQL and REST API development within Sitecore ecosystems.
• Deployment to Vercel and integration with Next.js frontends.
• DevOps experience with Azure DevOps and Sitecore serialization workflows.
• Security concepts, roles, and access management in Sitecore.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Sitecore & Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore application components, templates, content models, renderings, and configurations using C# and .NET.
• Headless Architecture: Work with Sitecore Headless/JSS and Headless SXA to ensure backend configurations correctly dictate presentation layers in React/Next.js applications.
• API & GraphQL Integration: Build, optimize, and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data fetching and filtering across Sitecore Experience Edge and Headless applications.
• Deployment & CI/CD Pipelines: Manage Sitecore serialization (Sitecore CLI) and manage automated build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps for seamless Sitecore and Vercel deployments.
• Production Support & Optimization: Handle BAU enhancements, defect fixes, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex caching issues or bottlenecks in enterprise setups.
• Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams using Git and Agile methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

• Core Experience: 7+ Years of hands-on Sitecore and C#/.NET development experience in enterprise environments.
• Headless Ecosystem: Practical experience with Sitecore Headless/JSS, Headless SXA, and Sitecore XM Cloud.
• GraphQL & APIs: Strong proficiency in writing, filtering, and optimizing GraphQL queries within the Sitecore ecosystem, alongside REST API development and JSON handling.
• Hosting & Delivery: Solid understanding of deployments to Vercel and interactions between Sitecore Experience Edge (XM Cloud) and Next.js frontends.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts), Git version control, and Sitecore CLI/serialization workflows.
• Security & Auth: Practical knowledge of authentication concepts, security roles, and access management within Sitecore.
• Performance & Support: Proven ability to debug, trace, and resolve complex caching, rendering, and performance issues in high-traffic applications.
• Certification (Advantage): Sitecore 10 .NET Developer Certification is a strong plus.
• Team/Client Management: Candidate should have relevant experience in handling multiple stakeholders along with a sizeable team.
