Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and plans.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, vendors and labor to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and safety standards.
• Inspect work quality and identify defects with timely corrective actions.
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
• Verify material deliveries, usage and inventory to minimize wastage.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with architects, engineers and clients as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain site records including progress, attendance, permits and inspections.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and resource allocation for projects.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
• Support project handover by completing snag lists and necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local building regulations, and safety standards.
• Inspect work quality and identify defects, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and report daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications
