Job summary

Rudr Consultancy Services is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee civil, MEP, and labour teams at hospitality/hotel projects. You will read 3D and architectural drawings to guide daily activities and ensure strict quality and safety controls on site.

The role requires coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site civil, MEP works and labour teams.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, and resorts preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality and safety controls throughout the project.
