Sugee Developers is seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure construction activities are safe, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate with contractors, manage on-site personnel, and maintain high-quality standards.

You will conduct regular inspections for safety and codes, supervise daily on-site work, and communicate progress to project managers and clients. Strong documentation, conflict resolution, and a proactive safety culture are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Preference for a degree in construction management or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients regarding project progress and issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and site logs.
• Assist in resolving on-site conflicts and addressing any challenges that arise during construction.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are available and properly maintained.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure all workers follow safety protocols.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site progress.
