Job summary

AACP Infrastructure Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, India, seeks experienced Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day construction activities, lead field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of supervisory experience. You will coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain site discipline and high standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in infrastructure/construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Good verbal communication in English and local languages.

Responsibilities

• Daily Site Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Workforce Management: Manage and direct laborers, skilled workers, and subcontractors on-site.
• Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
• Quality Monitoring: Monitor workmanship quality and adherence to drawings and specs.
• Material Management: Coordinate material deliveries, track inventory, and minimize wastage.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, labor attendance records, and site activity logs.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Coordination: Liaise with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
