Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee elevator installation activities at customer sites. This field-based role requires coordinating with installation teams, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring project progress, and delivering projects within the scheduled timeline.

This position involves travel to multiple project locations and requires hands-on supervision to meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise elevator installation activities at assigned project sites.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, builders, and customers.
• Ensure installation work is completed as per KONE quality and safety standards.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare work reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve installation-related issues.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
• Follow installation schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain proper documentation, including checklists and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
• Attend client meetings and provide project status updates.
