The ideal candidate has 4-9 years of total experience, with hands-on Azure cloud administration and a strong emphasis on proactive reliability engineering. Immediate joiners preferred, and the position requires on-site work in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 4-9 years total IT/SRE experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Set SLA, SLO and SLI with stakeholders around four golden signals of SRE monitoring.
• Manage multiple stakeholder demands while maintaining quality and delivery.
• Adopt proactive SRE strategies like Chaos Engineering, Game Days and Synthetic Monitoring.
• Partner with developers and architects to ensure scale and performance of services.
• Develop monitoring solutions on top of observability platforms.
• Communicate system performance and reliability with Engineering and Product teams.
• Write and execute test plans/strategies for validating performance and reliability.
• Drive product reliability improvements through monitoring, alerting, and best practices.

• Setting SLA, SLO and SLI with stakeholders in relation to the four golden signals of SRE monitoring
• Effectively manage multiple stakeholder demands and expectations while maintaining quality and delivery

• Maintain open communication with Engineering and Product teams around system performance and reliability
• Write, review, and execute test plans/strategies for validating product/system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Drive product reliability improvements through monitoring, alerting, and application of software development best practices
