Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We are looking for a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our technology team. This position focuses on maintaining the reliability, availability, and performance of systems used across the organization. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage production environments with confidence, and support engineering teams with infrastructure and operations needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles and a strong understanding of monitoring tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and stability
• Work closely with development and operations teams to implement SRE best practices
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for smooth and consistent deployments
• Configure and maintain observability tools, especially Datadog, for logging, monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking
• Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
• Support automation of operational tasks, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments
• Improve existing systems by identifying gaps in reliability, scalability, and performance
• Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps
• Participate in on-call rotations and support system incidents as required
• Work on optimizing system health, reducing downtime, and enhancing system reliability
