Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps Engineer in Delhi, India, to lead CI/CD initiatives and cloud infrastructure management. The role requires hands-on expertise with Jenkins, AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus strong scripting and collaboration abilities.

You will drive automation, improve reliability, and work with global teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions across microservices. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
• Hands-on with Jenkins for building and managing CI/CD pipelines including blue-green deployments.
• Solid experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms (EC2, S3, AKS, etc.).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
• Strong monitoring/observability skills and excellent troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Operate and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure.
• Develop automation with Bash or Python for repeatable tasks.
• Collaborate with global teams and communicate results clearly.
• Support security, reliability, and performance goals across services.

Role & responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer with a strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins for building and managing CI/CD pipelines including blue‑green deployment configurations.
• Solid experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including services like AKS, EC2, S3, etc.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with microservices architectures and understanding the challenges and best practices involved.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools and techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and tooling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in the English language and excellent communication and presentation skills is a must.
• Ability to build strong relationships with extended global teams is a must
• Customer interfacing experience is a strong preference.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills is a must
