Job summary

Siemens Limited is hiring a Site Manager for Tata Motor Ltd, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. The role oversees maintenance of 132kV/220kV switchyards and MV/LV electrical systems, ensuring EHS compliance and timely MIS reporting.

The candidate should have BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with a Supervisor license and 8–12 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance, with familiarity in DIGSI software and Siemens equipment.

Qualifications

• Should be well verse with EHS rules and procedures specific to service projects and services business.
• Experience in 220kV / 132kV Switchyard operation and maintenance.
• Experience in Maintenance of MV switch gear - ABB HPA24 series, Siemens 3AH3/3AH5.
• LV Switch Gear – Schneider.
• Knowledge of protection, metering & measurement of electrical parameters.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical standards, codes, specs & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily planning and monitoring of Maintenance activity.
• Site KPI monitoring and steps to be taken to achieve the same.
• Skill mapping of team members.
• 5S maintaining in work area.
• Prepare MIS reports on routine maintenance, complaints, materials, and breakdown analysis.

• Knowledge of installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in accordance with established methods and procedures

• Knowledge of testing various power distribution components like cables, switchgears & transformers
• Knowledge of preparing various types of MIS reports pertaining to:
