Job summary

Opswork Junction is seeking a Site Incharge Boiler Operations to lead boiler operations and maintenance across project sites in Pan India, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka and other locations. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership and the ability to coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring safe and reliable steam generation.

You will monitor boiler performance, pressures, temperatures and auxiliaries, drive preventive and breakdown maintenance, and manage site manpower

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Boiler Operations & Maintenance.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industrial boiler systems and operations.
• Hands-on experience in boiler operation, maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of boiler auxiliaries, steam generation, pressure & temperature monitoring.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to manage site manpower and day-to-day operations.
• Good knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at industrial project sites across India.
