Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering: act as the primary HR point of contact for site leadership and functional heads.
• Drive manpower planning, workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness.
• Support business growth through strategic HR interventions.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: coordinate with TA teams to ensure timely hiring.
• Drive onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Key Responsibilities of Role
