Job summary

PixelTalent Technology is seeking a Site Head to lead a bromine and hazardous chemical manufacturing facility, driving operational excellence and strategic management. You will own safety, regulatory compliance, and performance, delivering safe and reliable operations.

Ideal candidates bring a chemical engineering background and 8–10 years in senior plant leadership within hazardous chemical environments, with hands-on experience in PSM and large-scale process operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; master's preferred.
• 18–25 years of progressive chemical manufacturing experience, with 8–10 years in senior plant leadership.
• Experience with bromine, chlor-alkali, or hazardous chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of PSM, process safety standards, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive safety culture with full compliance to PSM, HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and MOC.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Develop annual production plans and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives.
• Oversee engineering, maintenance, and capital project management for plant reliability.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and implement cost-optimisation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Engineering, HSE, Quality, Utilities, Logistics, Admin.
• Interface with regulatory authorities, corporate leadership, customers and local communities.

The Site Head will carry full accountability for the leadership, operational excellence, and strategic management of a bromine and hazardous chemical manufacturing facility. This is a critical role that demands strong expertise in process safety, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end plant operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Drive a strong safety culture with full compliance to Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and MOC standards.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable HSE, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Develop annual production plans and drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives.
• Oversee engineering, maintenance, and capital project management for high plant reliability.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and implement cost optimisation strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Production, Engineering, HSE, Quality, Utilities, Logistics, and Administration.
• Interface with regulatory authorities, corporate leadership, customers, and local communities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory); Master's degree preferred.
• 18–25 years of progressive experience in chemical manufacturing, with a minimum of 8–10 years in senior plant leadership roles.
• Proven background in bromine, chlor‑alkali, specialty chemicals, or other hazardous chemical manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in PSM, process safety standards, environmental compliance, and large‑scale continuous process plant operations.
