Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Gurugram is seeking a Site Grant Analyst I to support investigator budgets, benchmarking, and site contracting for clinical projects in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a degree; you will develop and review budgets, ensure FMV compliance, and collaborate across sponsors, legal, finance, and operations. Strong Excel and data entry skills are essential, with a focus on accuracy and clear communication to keep budgets transparent and projects

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage investigator budgets, benchmarking, and site contracting for clinical projects.
• Develop, review, and update investigator grant budgets and country budget templates.
• Ensure budget compliance with sponsor requirements, fair market value, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with sponsors, legal, finance, and clinical operations on budget negotiations.
• Validate budgets using internal and external benchmarking data.
• Maintain budget documentation, status reports, and project tracking systems.
• Build stakeholder relationships and support site budgeting goals.
• Assist in issue resolution and process improvements.
