Job summary

Jobtailor in Oragadam, Tamil Nadu, seeks a CA-qualified finance leader to own the Operating Plan for the Oragadam Plant and drive cost control and profitability.

You will align financial goals with operational strategies, supervise month-end closing, and lead cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring COGS, PLC regulations, and transfer pricing compliance.

You will collaborate with tax teams and divisional units to ensure regulatory adherence and continuous improvement in manufacturing controls.

Qualifications

• CA qualified and eligible to practice.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial management, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational objectives.
• Proficiency in managing month-end closing processes.
• Experience in SEZ compliance.
• Strong project management and cost-saving initiative execution.
• Ability to collaborate with the tax team and divisional teams on transfer pricing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment controls and PLC regulations compliance.
• Hands-on experience with cost of goods sold (COGS) controls.
