Job summary

Stag Elevators is seeking a Site Visitor in India to visit customer/project sites, assess readiness for elevator installation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure site conditions meet technical and safety requirements. This role bridges sales, engineering, and installation teams.

You will inspect shaft dimensions, pits, headroom, and machine room availability, and verify civil work against drawings while coordinating with builders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Inspection & Assessment

• Visit project sites to evaluate readiness for elevator installation
• Check shaft dimensions, pit depth, headroom, and machine room availability
• Verify civil work completion as per elevator drawings
• Identify deviations and report issues

2. Coordination

• Coordinate with builders, contractors, architects, and clients
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Design, Installation)
• Communicate site readiness status and required corrections

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare detailed site inspection reports with photos
• Maintain records of site visits and status updates
• Submit reports in CRM/ERP systems on time

4. Pre-Installation Support

• Assist in planning installation schedules
• Ensure material readiness and site clearance
• Support smooth handover to installation team
