Job summary

SYSTRA invites applications for the position of Site Engineer-IDS-3 for Works of Signalling, Telecommunication, SCADA and Ticketing Systems under the Mumbai–Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project. Location: Site.

You will support installation, testing, commissioning, and interface coordination across multiple systems, reporting to senior experts. Required: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 5 years (BE) or 7 years (Diploma) of overall experience in Optical Fiber based systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate (BE/BTech) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
• BE: 5 years experience; Diploma: 7 years experience in Optical Fiber based systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IDS design review and validation.
• Assist in installation, integration, testing and commissioning of IDS.
• Interface IDS with other systems and approve interface documents.
• Prepare payment requests for contractors and ensure compliance.
• Assist NHSRCL and other agencies to obtain statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with agencies (ISA, CMRS, etc.) for project completion.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by PD and Client.

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Location: Site

Missions/Main Duties

> Assist Chief Expert & Dy. Chief Expert in performing tasks that includes the following but not limited to:

• Assist in design review of IDS.


• Assist in installation, Integration, Testing & Commissioning of IDS.


• Assist in interfacing of IDS with other systems (as applicable) and Interface document approval.


• Assist in verifying completed work and prepare request for payment to contractors.


• Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals. (as applicable)


• Assist and coordinate with various agencies i.e. ISA, CMRS etc. for successful completion of the project.


• Assist in any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

> Assist Section Engineer in their assigned works.> Any other work required to be performed to complete the project.

Profile/Skills

Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech)/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics stream or equivalent.

Min. Experience: Engineering Graduate with overall 05 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 07 years of experience in implementation of Optical Fiber based systems.
