• Ensure QA/QC standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
• Monitor material consumption and coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure uninterrupted site activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and site records.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company policies.
