Job summary

Discoy is seeking a site supervisor in Hyderabad to oversee day-to-day execution of entrusted works according to approved plans.

You will supervise on-site activities, ensure contract specifications, report progress to the section in charge, and optimize resource utilization to meet production targets.

Maintain quality, safety, and environmental compliance, manage records for billing, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive waste reduction while maintaining discipline and punctuality at site.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day execution of entrusted works as per approved plans.
• Supervision to carry out work per contract specifications.
• Periodic reporting of progress and issues requiring client/project decisions.
• Optimal utilization of resources to achieve production targets.
• Maintain records for billing and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors/PRW to meet production targets.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance on site.
• Maintain discipline and punctuality at site and identify waste reduction opportunities.
• Discuss and resolve work procedures and construction problems with supervisors, owners and contractors.
