ALULINK FACADE PRIVATE LIMITED in Chennai seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure safe, quality-driven execution on civil and interior works.

The role requires hands-on supervision, accurate reporting, and timely delivery, with engagement across contractors, vendors, and field teams. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates should be ready to work outdoors and manage multiple site activities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Civil or Interior Works experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work outdoors for extended periods; immediate joiners preferred.

ALULINK FACADE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure timely execution of work while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for all inward and outward bills and costing activities.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and site safety regulations.
• Coordinate craft personnel, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Site Project Manager regarding weekly payment schedules.
• Take accurate site measurements and maintain records.
• Maintain invoices at regular intervals.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with vendors and clients.
• Attend meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to review work progress on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and reports.
• Monitor site activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth completion of work.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Civil or Interior Works.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and site activities.
• Must be flexible to work outdoors for extended periods whenever required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
