Responsibilities

• Project Planning: You will work with the project team to plan and organize the construction project, develop project schedules, and ensure that all Finishing work activities are aligned with project timelines and budget.
• Design and Analysis: You will use engineering software and tools to design and analyze structural systems, including beams, columns, walls, and foundations. You will ensure that all designs meet industry standards and are structurally sound.
• Site Supervision: You will supervise and monitor the construction site, ensuring that all Finishing work activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. You will also work with site teams to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Quality Assurance: You will oversee the quality control of all Finishing work materials and ensure that they meet industry standards. You will also conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: You will maintain accurate records of all finishing work activities, including progress reports, safety records, and construction plans. You will also prepare reports for project managers and stakeholders on the status of Finishing work activities.
