Job summary

Assystem in India is seeking Site Construction/Commissioning Managers across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and C&I for Thermal Power projects. The role requires 12+ years of experience in site execution, pre-commissioning, testing, quality and safety across BTG, BOP, railway, water intake systems, pipelines, structures and townships.

You will lead end-to-end construction activities from survey to turnover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Required: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or C&I.
• 12+ years of site construction/commissioning experience in power projects.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end construction, pre-commissioning, testing and turnover.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across BTG, BOP, and related systems.
• Coordinate Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/I&C activities with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:Supervise end to end execution, pre-commissioning, Testing, quality and safety across BTG, BOP, Railway, Water Intake system, pipeline, Structures and Townships.

Civil Construction (Site survey, contour mapping, Foundation, structure, boiler structure, TG deck/building, chimney, MPH, CT, CHP, AHP, water intake, tunnels, buildings, Township).

Mechanical Erection (BTG and BOP).

Electrical/I&C (Switchyard, Transformers, DCS, PLC, HT/LT system, Aux power, system interface, Cabling).
