LeadPackage-level delivery, end to end execution & responsibility of package, contractor management, quality and safety assurance, OEM interface and progress certification and schedule management against the master plan.

Civil Construction (Site survey, contour mapping Foundation, structure, boiler structure, TG deck/building, chimney, MPH, CT, CHP, AHP, water intake, tunnels, buildings, Township).

Mechanical erection (BTG and BOP)

Electrical/I&C (Switchyard, Transformers, DCS, PLC, HT/LT system, Aux power, system interface, Cabling)
