Job summary

Royal Infraconstru seeks a Site Accountant to manage on-site accounting activities, including invoice booking, tax compliance, and ERP postings. The role requires understanding of Income Tax and GST and coordination with Stores & Material functions, with strong Excel skills for reporting.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate site-level entries and effective communication with site teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE Around 3 years at site level

Role Overview

Responsible for site-level accounting activities, with a strong understanding of accounting entries, Income Tax and GST requirements, invoice booking, ERP entries, and coordination with Stores & Material functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting activities and accounting entries at site level.
• Support booking and checking of invoices with an understanding of Income Tax and GST requirements.
• Carry out relevant ERP entries accurately.
• Coordinate with Stores & Material activities with an understanding of material-related processes.
• Use Excel for accounting and reporting work, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
• Maintain effective communication with site and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Work experience at site level around 5 years.
• Knowledge of Accounts and Accounting Entry.
• Income Tax and GST related understanding for booking of Invoices, ERP entry, etc.
• Understanding of Stores & Material.
• Basic Knowledge of Excel with usage of functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.
• Good Communication skill.
