Job summary

Morae is seeking an experienced Sirion CLM Functional Consultant to join our team and support key client engagements. The role requires deep expertise in Sirion CLM, end-to-end design, requirements gathering, and practical optimization guidance for contract lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will lead functional design, collaborate with legal, procurement, and sales teams, and ensure successful configuration and delivery of CLM solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Sirion CLM platform.
• In-depth understanding of Sirion system functionality, configuration, and workflows.
• Proven experience managing design and configuration end-to-end.
• Ability to advise clients on best practices and optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with CLM processes, contract management, and legal operations.
• Experience in functional consulting or business analysis within CLM/Legal Tech.
• Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS).
• Certifications in Sirion CLM (if available).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements across the contract lifecycle (request, draft, negotiate, approve, execute, obligations, renewals).
• Map current-state contracting processes to Sirion's CLM capabilities and identify gaps.
• Design future-state workflows, approval matrices, clause libraries, and contract templates.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDS) and process flow diagrams for configuration teams.
• Facilitate requirement workshops with legal, procurement, sales, and other business stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team and support key client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Sirion CLM platform, with the ability to manage the end-to-end design process, gather business requirements, and provide best practice recommendations to clients.
