Job summary

Morae is seeking a detail-oriented QA / Legal Engineer with hands-on CLM and Legal Tech experience. The role centers on ensuring high-quality CLM solutions through QA methodologies, requirements validation, and contract lifecycles.

Responsibilities include reviewing business and functional requirements, validating contracting workflows, and developing and maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs). 3–8+ years in Legal Tech or QA and a law degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM); engineering or CS degree is a strong advantage.
• 3–8+ years in Legal Tech, CLM, or QA.
• Strong understanding of legal contracting processes and document lifecycle.
• Experience preparing Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and test documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
