Job summary

Sirion is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to drive delivery of complex software and SaaS projects in a fast-paced environment in Gurugram. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage planning, risks, timelines, and commercial commitments.

You will lead agile practices, collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and Implementation teams, and communicate status and key decisions to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 9–13 years of experience in Project Management/Program Management in IT, software or B2B SaaS
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development or SaaS delivery projects
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning and execution
• Experience with techno-commercial aspects: estimation, budgeting and resource planning

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and delivery, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources and risks
• Drive Agile project execution through sprint planning, backlog management and reviews
• Monitor progress and ensure delivery against scope, quality and timelines
• Manage budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle

As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of complex software and SaaS projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to manage project planning, execution, risks, timelines and commercial commitments while ensuring high-quality delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Project Planning & Delivery
• Own end-to-end project planning and delivery, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Drive Agile project execution through sprint planning, backlog management, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery against agreed scope, quality and timelines.
• Techno-Commercial Management
• Manage project estimation, resource planning, budgets and commercial commitments.
• Track project financials, scope changes and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure projects remain on track.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation and business teams to drive project outcomes.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues and key decisions effectively with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Manage expectations across technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process & Governance
• Establish and maintain project governance, documentation and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, Agile practices and overall team productivity.

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

• Experience:
• 9-13 years of experience in Project Management / Program Management, preferably within IT, software or B2B SaaS organizations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development or SaaS delivery projects.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning and project execution.
• Experience managing techno-commercial aspects of projects, including estimation, budgeting and resource planning.
• Certifications & Tools
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile project management practices.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project.

• Excellent planning, problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
