Job summary

WillWare Technologies in Hyderabad, India invites a senior Microsoft Purview / Microsoft 365 Compliance Engineer to join a hybrid work environment. You will manage Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, and information protection across Microsoft 365, and provide enterprise support.

You will administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, troubleshoot encryption and access issues, use PowerShell for automation, monitor compliance policies, and create SOPs and runbooks while partnering with

• Strong experience with Purview, DLP, and Information Protection.
• Proficient in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams administration.
• Experience with eDiscovery, Content Search, and Records Management.
• Solid incident handling and RCA capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Purview, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, eDiscovery, Content Search, Records & Data Lifecycle Management.
• Troubleshoot encryption, protected documents, access, sharing, permissions, and collaboration issues.
• Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams administration.
• Handle incidents, RCA, escalations, and service requests.
• Use PowerShell for administration, automation, reporting, and remediation.
• Monitor service health, logs, alerts, and compliance policies.
• Create SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and provide user training.
• Work with Security, Compliance, Engineering, and business teams.
