Job description

We are hiring for a Siebel Administrator with strong experience in Siebel IP17+ environments, handling installation, configuration, migration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM (IP17 and above)
• Perform Siebel upgrades, migrations, and patching activities
• Manage Siebel components including Gateway, Enterprise Server, and Application Interface
• Execute deployment activities like SRF compilation, DDL Sync, Export/Import
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance tuning
• Work on Siebel Server Manager (srvrmgr) for component management
• Handle production support, incident resolution, and RCA
• Support high availability environments with load balancing and clustering

Required Skills:

• 46 years of experience in Siebel Administration
• Hands-on experience in Siebel IP17+
• Experience in migration / upgrade projects
• Strong knowledge of Siebel Server, Gateway, and deployment activities
• Experience working on Linux / Windows environments
• Good troubleshooting and log analysis skills
