Job summary

Questhiring is seeking an experienced Change Manager in Pune to lead ITSM change programs, design governance frameworks, and coordinate with multiple vendors. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and a proven track record in CAB/CRB governance.

Mandatory ITIL Foundation certification and a degree in Engineering or Science are required; SIAM/ Scrum Master certifications are desirable to support continual service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in ITSM or Change Management.
• Experience in SIAM, service integration or multi-vendor environments.
• Experience developing and implementing Change Management frameworks, policies and governance processes.
• Experience with CAB/CRB governance, impact assessment, risk analysis and change documentation.
