Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Site Shuttering Supervisor in Pune to oversee conventional and Aluform shuttering activities on site, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

You will check formwork alignment, levels, and dimensions, coordinate with reinforcement and concreting teams, monitor productivity, and enforce safety guidelines to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute Conventional and Aluform shuttering works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise daily shuttering activities and ensure quality workmanship.
• Check alignment, levels, dimensions, and stability of formwork before concreting.
• Coordinate with reinforcement and concreting teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor shuttering labour productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Inspect shuttering before and after concreting to maintain quality standards.
• Report site issues and coordinate with Site Engineers for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of shuttering materials and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain safe working practices on site.
• Maintain daily work progress and support timely execution of project activities.
