Job summary

Deciphering Logic is hiring a Shopify Developer to build, customise and maintain client Shopify stores from theme to checkout. You will work across themes, templates, integrations, and frontend work to deliver robust, responsive storefronts.

You will collaborate with designers, content teams and clients in a hybrid Jaipur setup, aiming to optimise UX, conversion and performance while improving deployment and code-review processes. 2+ years experience required.

Qualifications

• Strong Shopify: theme development, Liquid templating and the Shopify APIs.
• HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript with responsive layouts you've built.
• Git and a modern development workflow; you work in branches and review code.
• E-commerce judgement: UX patterns that convert and measurable page performance.
• You can read a business requirement, identify gaps, and still deliver on time.
• Clear communication in a hybrid team and documentation everyone can follow.

Responsibilities

Build, customise and maintain the Shopify stores our clients sell through, from theme to checkout.

What you'll work on

Shopify stores end to end: themes, templates, integrations and the front-end work that decides whether a store converts. You'd build responsive interfaces, ship new features, tune site performance, keep things working across browsers, and sit with designers, content people and the client to turn a business requirement into something that actually runs.

Beyond the storefronts, there's the wider web estate that includes the Development and maintenance of multiple storefronts and e-commerce sites including shopify, woo-commerce and bigcommerce

You'd also improve how we work: the deployment workflow, the code review habit, the documentation that stops the same question being asked twice.

Must haves
