Job Title – Shift Leader, Production

City, Country – Asoj, Vadodara, India

Your key responsibilities

• Prepare daily production planning schedule.
• Print Process order copy and assign to Operator for compounding. After compounding closed PO in SAP.
• Segregate the team and assign work for compounding, filling, cleaning, Raw material posting. Raw material Charging, CYC - Stock control,
• Prepare a list of melted raw materials and assign it to the operator to place in the hot box in advance.
• Verify raw material shortfalls with the concerned department and raise a request for issuance to compounding.
• Clear the issue and guide the operator when activity is held up.
• To update daily check list and maintain records
• Update material location and maintain the integrity of WIP -Raw material stock
• Encourage the team to maintain the production plant auditable state by adhering to GMP, food safety, hygiene, and safety compliance
• Closely monitor production punctuality and functional activities.
• Preparing daily production report and communication to cross functional department.
• Understand the company's strategy and goals, and work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

You bring.

• Candidate should have minimum B.Tech/BE. Chemical/Mechanical/ Food technology
• Experience should be between 5 to 7 years in similar kind of industries.
• Good understanding of business terminologies
• Good understanding of SAP/MES.
• Curious, good observation skill, open minded with excellent communication skill for successful teamwork.

Note:

We believe in building strong operational and business understanding from day one. Accordingly, the successful candidate will undertake a structured 4-month immersion program at our Daman Manufacturing Facility. Company-provided accommodation will be available throughout the training period. Upon completion, the employee will transition to Vadodara, which will be the designated permanent work location.
