Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Vadodara is seeking an Operator Warehouse. The selected candidate will undertake a 4-month immersion program at our Daman Manufacturing Facility, with company-provided accommodation during training, then move to Vadodara as the permanent work location.

Responsibilities include material handling (receiving, unloading, FIFO/FEFO, packing, labeling, and dispatch), SAP documentation, GMP adherence, and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations (pharma experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Computer systems.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.

• FIFO/FEFO principles while issuing goods.
• Pick, pack, labeling and dispatch materials as per sales requirements.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisor and production team for timely material availability.

• Maintain accurate records of material movement in SAP.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Handle temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials as per safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Report any discrepancies or damage immediately.

Company-provided accommodation will be available throughout the training period. Upon completion, the employee will transition to Vadodara, which will be the designated permanent work location.

Your Key Responsibilities
