Job summary

ABB in Faridabad, India, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a line in our IEC Low Voltage Division. You will oversee production processes, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, cost-effective manufacturing in adherence with safety and quality standards.

You have 7–12 years of production execution experience in rotating machinery, with a BE/BTec or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical. You will mentor teams and drive continuous improvement in HSE practices and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production line to execute processes, transforming parts into ABB products on schedule and cost-effectively.
• Ensure production scheduling and plan meet demand and inventory service levels.
• Identify deficiencies in production area and drive improvement activities.
• Oversee resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
