Job summary

JK Tyre is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee Division A activities including Mixing, Extruder, Calendaring, and Dip-Unit. You will plan manpower, manage contracted staff, and apply tyre and compounding knowledge to meet production and efficiency targets.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork to coach personnel and sustain continuous improvement through SAP data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• Communication and analytical knowledge required.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and team-building abilities.
• Experience in operations and maintenance is beneficial.

• Handling shift activities of Div. A (Mixing, Extruder, Calendaring, Dip-Unit).
• Manpower arrangement and manning contracted manpower.
• Tyre and compounding knowledge.
• Manpower handling, counselling people for good results.
• Achieving production, scrap, and other targets.
